Spewing white steam clouds, this active volcano releases abundant hot springs in the piedmont area. An aerial tramway runs from late March to November to the ninth station, from which the summit is reached in a comfortable 45 minute walk. A 360 degree panoramic view of the superb snow-clad peaks in the area awaits those reaching the mountaintop. The sight of white plumes rising above Mt.
