  • SUSHI

    Sushi is a small piece of raw seafood placed on a ball of vinegared rice. The most common ingredients are tuna, squid and prawn. Cucumber, pickled radish and sweet egg omelet are also served.

    Miso Soup
    Sushi MISO SOUP

    Miso soup is Japanese traditional soup mady by mixing miso past and fish bonito (dashi). Miso soup has many variations and the most popular Miso soup ingredients are tofu and Wakame seaweed.

    SUKIYAKI

    Sukiyaki is prepared right at the table by cooking thinly sliced beef together with various vegetables, tofu and vermicelli.

    Japanese usually eat steamed white rice.

    SHABUSHABU

    Shabu-shabu is tender, thin slices of beef held by chopsticks and swished in a pot of boiling water, then dipped in a sauce before being eaten.

    Onigiri is a rice ball made of steamed white rice.

    TONKATSU

    Tonkatsu is a deep-fried pork cutlet rolled in breadcrumbs.

    Tempura
    Tonkatsu TEMPURA

    Tempura is food deep-f ried in vegetable oil, after being coated with a mixture of egg, water and wheat flour. Among the ingredients used are prawns, fish in season and vegetables.

    SASHIMI

    Sashimi is sliced raw fish eaten with soy sauce.

    Soba is made from buckwheat flower(Soba-powder). It is a Japanese traditional noodle. Soba is available in a hot broth with meat and vegetable or dipped into the dipping sauce with green onion and Japanese horse radish.

    EEL DON

    Eel Don (Una-jyu) is a long savory strips of barbecued eel served over a bed of rice. It is a High-grade menu.

    Ramen
    Eel Don RAMEN

    Ramen is a noodle dish that was originally imported to Japan from China. It has become a typical Japanese dish. Ramen dishes differ in the soup base and its toppings.

    BEEF BOWL

    Beef Bowl (Gyu-don) is a Japanese fast food, traditionally prepared with sliced beef brisket with onion and served on a bed of rice.

    Udon
    Gyu Don UDON

    Udon is a thick wheat noddle made from wheat flower. It is available in either in a hot broth with meat and vegetable or dipped into a sauce.

    YAKITORI

    Yakitori is made up of small pieces of chicken meat, liver and vegetables skewered on a bamboo stick and grilled over hot coals.
